You show the parking pass on your phones ticketmaster app...you can preregister your COVID card at the rose quarter website with a picture, I think you might need an app to do that as well. Have fun,
Use the Rose Quarter Welcome feature to verify vaccination/Negative Covid status. It's really easy to register intended attendance after you upload a picture of the vaccination card the first time.
