Why can't I get a sandwich with the thicker (not shredded) lettuce? I'm told that's only for the Atkins sandwiches (those without bread and instead wrapped in lettuce). But the shredded lettuce gets wilted and gross before I can finish my sandwich.

I buy the lettuce wrap and the bread separately.

Don't forget tjs us a franchise restaurant and they only get what the other Jack in the boxes get. These are the same in Boise, New York or Portland.
