My worker is Danny P. I'm getting irritated because Everytime they put me thru to him he doesn't answer. And he never returns calls. How do I file a complaint? I live in Tulelake, it's extremely out of my way to have to go all the way to yreka.

They always reply to mail even if it takes awhile,also you can call the front desk & just keep doing it until you get results,I know Jake from Tulelake & it's quite a distance.
