I believe that the minimum age is 3! But double-check me on the website. My niece first flew just after turning 4. It was the first time we went... I have seen some real teenies flying there so check out the website!!! If the child is a daredevil (like my niece) he/she will LOVE it!!!
I would say so based on breathing techniques. Would recommend calling though.
I know they have programs and rides for school aged children, but I'm not sure about 3 year olds. You can always call. They are good about answering the phone.
