Thanks to everyone. I had an appointment for 1:30. They got my vehicle in the bay at 2:40, and I was on my way at 3:25.

I agree with Dan. You really need an appointment. If you do, then times are only 45 minutes to an hour. But if you come on a Saturday without one, it can be 4 hours.
Completely depends on day off the week you go on, time of day, what you you need done, and whether we just had or are about to have the first storm of the season.
