Do they allow a peek at their kitchen? I do not expect to be allowed in, due to safety and insurance concerns, but I usually request to take a peek.

The kitchen is partially an open kitchen, so you can see most of what's going on anyway.

Hello Sandy! Thank you N B! Our kitchen is partically open like N B said. We do not allow guests to walk into the service space or the kitchen during working hours. Our health department requires (espeically because of having a partically open kitchen) we hold this as a strict rule. But you should be able to get a pretty good view of the action. :-)
