Not all of the trails are accessible as the gardens are a historic site but even so, the portion that is accessible is well worth the visit.
I would add that if you use one of thier free to use chairs it will have some difficulty getting over some of the small cracks and uneven portions of the trail. I believe this was due to the fact that thier chair had small wheels. As the person pushing my family member in the chair it was a bit difficult at times and I had to go over a few areas backward. This wasnt a deal breaker but worth noting.
