It says the Santa pass will be available 2hrs prior to Santa's arrival. If Santa starts the same time the store opens, does that mean you pick up your pass outside before the store opens?

It does sound that way doesn't it but I think they mean u can get the pass early cuz I think he arrives later in the day u can go on line I believe to get it too
