do you cash federal tax return checks

I think they can but only if it's under a certain amount. They probably can't cash a five thousand dollar check.

Walmart used to be a good store especially Woodville supercenter but lately it has gone to the dogs their cashiers really are out to lunch and I don't believe that Walmart wants to take personal checks anymore cuz they find excuses why they won't go through their machine

I do not cash any checks at WALMART.
