I don't think that they can help but they can refer you to someone. You could try pens and there's some other places that are opened Clearwater may be able to help

I understand I'm about 9 months late on replying to this however, I strongly suggest that you try getting counseling for nephew at Suncoast for Mental Health. They have a sliding pay scale so they do try to work with patrons (& guardians) that have low or no income .

This location is the FOOD bank...you would need to contact the office on 4th St N for medical issues
