Contact the Epidemiology Department they will be able to assist you with your situation. You are going to most likely need to do a test to ensure that it is in fact black mold for proof. Those test can be purchased through Home Depot or Lowe's. Then follow up with recommendations. Good Luck, I am sorry your having to deal with that.
