I have lost a total of $400 in merchandise because of thieves fishing packages using rat glue traps! All you have to do is rub you hand inside the drop box and you can feel the sticky glue that was left behind. They now lock the boxes! And I never git my insurance claim! They told me the merchandise was never scanned so I was out insurance
I never heard , that any customer losses his/her packages especially in this office . Find ur right tracking number and contact the p/o they will find it to you
Cause it be substitutes floaters on call who work as subs for the permanent postal workers who calls off from work. They work the job but put packages in wrong boxes smh
