Believe Santa Monica is open all night.it's that California don't like fishermen but fools and what they did in past Venture is open also. Jetties believe might be open all night .

Yes there is. I was just there a couple of weeks ago. Belmont Pier can be fished off of. Idk what that guy who said is taking about. I prefer once you get to the end of the peir go left. I personally catch more on that side then I do on the right side of the pier. Lol idk why though. Good luck, fish on and get bent!! 🤙🏼🤙🏼
