I lost mine and my daughter's pass after 2 days. They asked me if i have confirmation number or who booked the passes. I jus gave them my id . withing 7 minutes they issued me new ones. In case click the pics in your phone. But they are very helpful if things happen like this. Dnt worry. :) you will get where the scan or check your cards in the line up.
Don't go to the actual entrance where they scan ur card b4 ur in the park. Go to the booths outside where the visitors get there day pass. They'll fix you right up there. Takes a lil bit, probably a line but not all the tellers charge you anything if they are cool, and all you loose is a few minutes b4 you head in. They'll explain the details as well once they are done replacing ur card(s)
Find cast member and they can show you to guest services youll need your id. They take pic for your passes now. Incase lost
