They have plenty of scooters available. All sizes. And also yiu might need to get there in the morning to get one. They go pretty fast.
They only very limited electric scooters as the size and terrain of the park are not scooter friendly. They do have an adapted wheelchair along with strollers that come in both adult and child size. You rent them once you go through security and just pass the ticket booths on the far right of the Disneyland side entrance.
I'm pretty sure they have something similar to the motorized carts at Walmart.
