Yes, many people use their power chairs at Disneyland. The staff are very accommodating of the disabled and less abled, even on the rides, doing all that they can to enable all to participate in the activities whenever possible.
I was just there and seen many people with the power chairs. If you rent it there ita 50.00 but make sure you go to City hall and get a disability pass to jump the lines. Also there are very limited places to recharge... but yes you can take it and ride the rides you will just go through the exit line to board the rides
You can bring your own chair and most rides do have wheelchair access. U can go upto the ride in your chair and then you will have to transfer to the ride. Ride operators always help and they are pretty courteous too. Always look for wheelchair access entry or ask one of the people at the entry of the rides for details

Yes, sort of. If you have what I think it is, then you can bring it on the park, and go wherever you need to with it. But with all rides you will need to dismount and board the ride on your own.
