All I know is that when we came in the check point, there is a sign that says only 14 years and under can dress up , but there's a lot of adults dressed full to the max I'm assuming they are locals or have to pay extra or something.
They prefer kids only. But as long as u don't wear a mask, or exact costume, they shouldn't say anything.
You can get away with dressing up as long as it's not to over the top. They don't want you to look like you work there pretty much.
