1) The first Disneyland Park is open and the second Disney California Adventure Park is open every day too. So, both are open on December 24th. 2) there is a parade (Viva Navidad) with Mickey in California Adventure, a tree on Buena Vista, and the Christmas Parade "Fantasy" (but I do not know if Micky is here.)
