YES... CHRISTMAS DAY HOURS ARE : 8:00AM TIL MIDNIGHT.
Disneyland is open everyday, Christmas is one of the busiest days to go, from about a week before Christmas to a week after New Years expect the lines to be extremely long.
According to the Disneyland app they are open until midnight and DCA is open until 10pm
