Yes, there's a fee to enter in the observation deck only. If you're a San Francisco resident is about $6, for non residents is about $8. For senior residents is about $4, for senior non residents is about $5, and for children is $2. It's free to walk inside the tower and see the murals. I hope this helped you!!
