No bikes allowed at park even on gravel roads. Hiking, horseback riding and dog trails only. Other three rivers parks have paved bike trails.
Crow Hansen has horse trails about 1-1/2 southwest of dog park which are a mix of gravel and dirt paths.

Not at the dog park. I haven't seen people use bikes there. There is a trail across the street from the dog park, which is still part of the reserve, but I don't think that's paved either.
