Yes. I have spoke with many people who have taken the Learn to Sail program, and came out with great reviews and confidence. I believe you need to be a member to rent boats, but the yatch club membership is one of the best deals in the bay
Yes. There is a Learn To Sail program as well as club boats for member usage.
