$28 for 2 hrs is a lot. Wow. I usually am lucky and I find parking on a loading only zone (yellow curb) after 6pm on week days and it is free. If not, once I parked in LA Live parking and it was fairly cheap for 1.5 hrs, but I know that movies are almost 2 hrs, so I'm not sure how much they charge for about 2 hrs. Regal may have parking validation to save you money. You may want to call or check online at the Regal website.
