We have a waiting list for monthly sites, currently. Rates are per month, $850. For 1-2 ppl. For the summer months, there's a $100 added surcharge for electricity. If you have more than two ppl, it's an extra $30 per person over the age of three yrs old. We do not apply discounts to monthly stays.
