The venue is a club so there is no exception with the age limit. If it's 19+ then you have to be at least 19 years of age to enter.

If the concert promoters are allowing 19 year olds to enter Los globos, they were only be allowed entrance but not allow any drinks. Basically, that place sell alcohol drink. They have a rule to service peoples over 21. If for special occasions, they allowed under 21 to join the concert they will put wrestling ring to you to separate from over 21 to have alcohol drinks. You don't have to go with an adult but they do check ID.
