Yes, they have several places to sit outside where you can enjoy your own snacks or purchase lunch/snacks at they're cafe.
I'm not sure of their exact policy on this but we have brought crackers, cheeses and meats in a small basket on numerous occasions. There are a lot of little tables outside where you can sit.
