There is a place just next to the lockers located outside Disneyland just to the left. I believe there is also one just inside California adventure however i have not personally seen that one.
Just before you go into Disneyland the stroller and wheelchair rental place is on the right.

Be sure you arrive early for a rental, they run out fast. You can also rent from agencies.
