Yea their at california adventure. But make sure you get the photo pass for 10$ because you can take all the picture you want with the charetures and link them to you phone it s real easy and saves you your time and money

Yes, you go into the Animators Studio to meet Anna and Elsa. Go 1st thing in the morning, as the lineup is probably only 15 to 20 minutes as opposed to later in the day when you might be waiting up to an hour. They bring you into a short hallway, were you have a minute to prep your kid, brush hair, pull up your camera , Etc before staff escort you in to meet Anna and Elsa. You take your own picture, as there is no Disney person there to take the photo. You then move into a room where there was Olaf, were you also get to take your own photo. Well you waiting in line, there are multiple screens all the way around the room where you get to see short pieces of behind the scenes 4 multiple Disney features. It makes for one of the more enjoyable waits in line at Disney California Adventureland. You can also pay for one of three daily showings of the stage show of Frozen. Tickets need to be purchased in advance. The show last about 1 hour. It is a shortened sequence of the movie.
Mickey and Minnie do come out in California Adventure sometimes, but not often. If they do, it'll be old school style and they will be near the entrance. I believe you meet Elsa here as well, but not 100% sure.
