Disney California Adventure Park - All questions

Disneyland is a good place to right now. They have the Halloween stuff going so you can experience the 9pm firework show. My girlfriend and I went this past Friday and the Adventure Park Saturday. With no young ones with us and avoiding the kiddie attractions, we covered just about the entire park from opening (8am) to about 2pm. If you want to attend the Rise of the Resistance, you'd have to time your virtue queue really well as it fills up very quickly. Same goes for the Spiderman one in California adventure. Problem we had with California adventure was we ran out of things to do really quickly. There's more to do at Disneyland Park. If you do decide to go to Disneyland Park, I recommend you revisit the starwars Smugglers run multiple times. It's basically the same ride, but it has different scenarios. Same goes for California adventure the Guardians of the Galaxy Breakout which is during the day and they switch over to Monsters After Dark at night. Hope that helps and have fun.

Depends on the 17 year olds interests. If the interest is Star Wars than Disney. If Harry Potter than Universal. Disney is slanted at a younger age. It also depends on California or Florida. Perhaps California I would guess a slight nod to Disneyland. In Florida I would give a stronger nod to Disney World.

GABRIEL PONCE | Sep 26, 2021

I think the better choice is Disneyland

Paul Bingham | Sep 26, 2021

Disneyland has more rides than Universal however with 17 year olds, they not like them any more than at Universal. If they are into Halloween, Disney has more.

Amanda Sharber | Sep 26, 2021

I just took my 16 and 17 year old and they loved it we tried to get on every ride. The lines were not that long so it definitely made it possible

Kristen Nielsen-Galloway | Sep 26, 2021

Disneyland. For sure Diz!!

francisco moral | Sep 26, 2021

Disneyland you going enjoy

Michael Romero | Sep 26, 2021

For 17 year old I recommend Disneyland California adventure.

Julianne Robinson | Sep 26, 2021

Do both! But as someone currently at Disney (and loving it!!) with my 17 y/old brother, I find myself missing Universal a lot more, particularly the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. He's perfectly happy here riding the big rides, though!

Robert Soto | Sep 26, 2021

Disney and California adventure straight up. There's great rides and it makes you feel like a kid again.

Fireworks Only on Weekends in September And October.

alain hutchison | Sep 26, 2021

Disney is the way to go

Ruth Lopez | Sep 26, 2021

Disney Adventure has more rides closer to each other and I feel more cool things for the teenagers...siempre Disney Adventure es un poco mรกs divertido para los teenagers...

Disneyland and California eventures

Robert Peterson | Sep 26, 2021

How is that a question when you say you can decide?

Chari Hoover | Sep 26, 2021

I prefer Disney California. But universal is also lots of fun

sheik sattaur | Sep 26, 2021

It depends on what he appreciates more. Marvel/Mickey or Harry Potter/ Transformers

Tamar Buckley | Sep 26, 2021

Universal & Legoland is next on my list

Linda McLoon | Sep 26, 2021

Universal had much more sophisticated rides.

Amy Cisneros | Sep 26, 2021

Disney for sure

Carlos Guevara | Sep 26, 2021

It really depends. Personally I think Disneyland is the better choice, especially during Halloween. But what do they like? Are they a fan of roller coasters? There are so many variables that come into play.

Nadav Klein | Sep 26, 2021

Disneyland

Anel Alvizo | Sep 26, 2021

Disney is so nice right now with reservations. Short lines if any.

Joe Hinostro | Sep 26, 2021

Disney if you want to spend the whole day. Universal does not have that much to do. Unless you're talking about Universal Orlando.

Timothy Ballard | Sep 26, 2021

Let me tell you something, I've been to all of them, but I always find myself back at Disneyland. It's my family's most happiest place.

Jon Beasley | Sep 26, 2021

My 17 year-olds are now parents. They saw both Disneyland and Universal Studios. Now they are all-in on Disneyland. The park is perfection and the innovation is hard to beat. I vote for Disneyland.

Rossy Z | Sep 26, 2021

If you don't mind the long, long lines and 40 minute walk to the park Disneyland it is. But Universal is leaned more towards an older crowd with more rides and less longer wait in lines

Fred Lopez | Sep 26, 2021

Universal has a new ride and it's great ๐ŸŽข

Louie Velez | Sep 26, 2021

Go to both

Charles Smith | Sep 26, 2021

Go to both. Universal first then Disneyland. Just get to Disney early.

John James | Sep 26, 2021

Universal studio is cheaper ๐Ÿ˜† ๐Ÿคฃ ๐Ÿ˜‚

William Ysais | Sep 26, 2021

Because of the pandemic things have changed about going to theme parks. Please do some research about what changes have been made to the theme parks. :-)

E Ram | Sep 26, 2021

If you can, go to Disney world. More things to do including water parks.

Ratrod 29 | Sep 26, 2021

Universal, more adult rides

lynne stoner | Sep 26, 2021

Disney California adventure

Gaylene Gott | Sep 26, 2021

Disneyland is my choice! The new rise of the resistance is spectacular. It's clean and always seems to have happy people wandering around.

Brad Shaddy | Sep 26, 2021

Simple, do both.

Roy Martinez | Sep 26, 2021

Disney all the way universal is more likely for teenagers

John Moreno | Sep 26, 2021

Disneyland of course

Sergio Torre | Sep 26, 2021

Disney ๐Ÿ˜‰

Odub O | Sep 26, 2021

Somewhere else, how about a national park.

Pandemic | Sep 26, 2021

Right now if they are into Halloween, Disney is a good bet. Universal has less attractions, but if they love movies they will love the studio tour.

Floyd Ancheta | Sep 26, 2021

Do both it worth it

steve montes | Sep 26, 2021

I agree with them also
