Nope can't call them and ask No questions at all only thing you can do is in send the email to customer service and they will give you answer with in 24hr good luck been there also I think if you are paying for what you want with this company and the prices are up there you should be able to get someone live to talk too stand up flight club high price higher customer service lets go
