Sounds like you need to address those issues with their Manager
Call store ask for manager give exact time they have cameras n will verify ur position n reprimand the guilty parties.
Lol seriously? Every visit to my ^happy place " I'm usually greeted with my name or a familiar greeting. I've even been asked if I would care for something to drink or a simple pastry. Now, my income has drastically changed in the past few years since I began to aid my mother in her recovery from a massive stroke. I'm always welcomed & basically asked what I was interested in finding, even when I answer that I was merely interested in the sales racks or clearance... I'm usually met with a smile and interest as to what I was looking for.... i.e. outerwear or suits or casual wear or accessories. I am sorry that you found a untrained person.
