If they have appear to have a scientific itch to scratch, then this would be a good spot. There is one exhibit that is hockey related (cant remeber if you shoot the puck or if your goalie). Any older than 14, and it might be a little boring.

I guess it would depend on what they like and male or female. I take my 3 year old grandson who is a bit young. We don't really do much but walk through and play outside. I take my 9 year old granddaughter and we have a blast. There are things i never new were there until i went alone with her. They have a small rock climb, a recyclable game that we enjoy, a cool grocery shopping area. They have a hockey area where you can play in a simulator. There's all kinds of cool gadgets and gismos to learn about. I'm allot older than 14, we have an annual pass and i really enjoy it. I say bring then at least once. I think there is enough to do at any age at least once. But bring outside food. There food is pricy and not very tasty

It may be a little young for a teenager, unless basic scientific principles are a particular interest.
