Prices have gone up slightly and it is now $2 per hour but daily max still capped at $20 with the same rate structure! Rates are of $1 per hour up to 6 hours, 6-8 hours at $8, 8-10 hours at $10, 10-15 hours at $15 and above 15 hours will be $20 which is the max for the day. If parking for the entire day (24 hours) you will pay less than $1 per hour.
Cheapest parking in South Beach. $1 per hour. You won't find cheaper. Outside on the street will cost you $3 per hour. And you have to watch meter.
Parking deck is 25 per day not sure on hourly check there website, I believe its there.
