Why are so many spaces reserved for parking valet? It's not the cost it's the idea of no choice and so many other businesses are effected by so many spaces blocked off. We left without dinning.

They're apparently pushing valet parking based on the clientele.

Cecilia Mich | Aug 23, 2018

Yes the parking is horrible. No other choice but to valet.

Ben Donnelly | Aug 23, 2018

There are still plenty of places to park nearby.

Good question! We found parking but the Lot was pretty full! Did they charge for valet?

Michael Balas | Aug 23, 2018

I visited the restaurant at lunchtime and had no problem parking very close without valet. During peak weekend evening dining time I imagine parking could get less abundant with several nearby restaurants. The Boat Yard most likely pays a considerable fee to the property owner for their dedicated parking spots. It is reasonable that they would protect that investment and ensure easy access for their customers by reserving those parking spots with their inexpensive valet.
