Yes but not everywhere they take cash only to play the games some food stations only take cash. Games are $5 a pop! They have atm's inside the park but its almost a $4 fee each transaction!!!

Yes. Many but not all stands accept cards. All the ones I went to did accept a credit card.
The rides can be purchased at front tent with CC and the little booths throughout the park. Games are cash.
