At BrandsMart I have never had a problem. From what I could gather from the above this person was not satisfied and says everything is a lie. I was not there when they bought whatever it is they bought and normally if you have a problem all you have to do is ask to speak to a manager or call the corporate office. Sorry they had such a bad experience, my experience was totally different. they have helped me out with warranties guarantees years after I've purchased a product. Everyone's buying experience is different.
