Because they are lazy they are not supposed to if the store manager would go over there and talk to them it would not happen.
It's actually Tire Rama lot and not McDonald's. And they are not even parked there for a full 24 hours. Most are 12 at best. They do this to save room to be able to park and maneuver the semi trucks. Not that big of a deal to most people.
