To my knowledge our governor enacted an outdoor mask mandate, I'm unsure how enforced it will be during the round up. I would recommend just keeping an eye out for signs as you go from shop to shop. I could be out of date on my info
As of right you are right Bryan indoors outdoors but don't know who's gonna enforce it
They are required just as if they were in any public setting in any indoor dwelling with capacity load of people must wear masks if you do not like it and you have a complaints you do not have to enter
