We do offer birthday rentals, you can reserve by calling GVRD at 707-648-5317 or 707-468-4600. We don't have swimming at the park but we do have recently repaired water features in the sand box at Dinoland and the creek area by the pumpkin carriage.
The teapot "steams" water mist but that is the only "water feature." Spinning teacups, teapot, sand box, swings, "train" with playground "station," fire truck, pumpkin coach, life size checkers, large grassy areas, play structure. It is all fenced in.
Private birthday parties are a common occurrence at the park, but there is is no swimming pool or other water activity.
Nice gazebo and fun themed play structures.
