Yes it is wheelchair accessible, the price depends on what you do, mini golf,go carts, batting cages, arcade.
The Mel's attraction vary accessibility wise. The mini golf course is not wheelchair accessible. Depending on your chairs width you could do the batting cages and go carts. The arcade is small but accessible and the food stands are accessible. There is no admission. This is not a gated attraction. You can pay by the attraction or get a day pass to use them more then once. In the fall they host Spookyworld which requires admission. It is mostly accessible but not all 5 attractions.
