You just come to post office Monday - Saturday from hours 9:00am-3:00pm to talk to a passport agent no appointment is needed . Paperwork should be filled out and pictures can be taken at the post office.
It is the same as the post office, you have to check online for hours and days when they accept applications. Have the paperwork filled out and a passport photo taken before you arrive for appointment.
