The Natural Grocer enacted strict safety protocols when the pandemic first started. In addition to limiting the number of customers in the store at one time to six people, requiring everyone to wear masks and sanitize their hands at the door prior to entry, the store has a one-way traffic pattern. We also installed a high tech bio-defense system that utilizes a dry hydrogen peroxide technology to constantly cleanse the air and surfaces without harm to people or food. Customers have remarked that they can't imagine a safer place to shop and are very thankful for our consistent efforts to keep them (and our staff) safe.
