it depends on the vaccination. the healthy cat/kitten package is $65, and it has the essentials, and then a rabies vaccination is just an additional $19. There's no cost for a visit and there's no appointment necessary. This weekend (Sunday February 25th) is a double clinic, so they'll be at Petco from 10-1, break for two hours then are back for 3-5. The next Sunday is just 3-5, but they alternate, so every other Sunday is a double clinic.
