The short answer to that is we've decided to close 2 days a week year round, in order to sustain the business long term without burning ourselves out. People don't see what goes into the business between all of the early mornings and late nights. Scheduling 6 or 7 days a week was getting harder and harder considering how difficult it has become to find competent help.
As a business owner myself I completely understand how stressful it can be at times and how you can't please everyone yet do your darndest. Everyone needs a day or two am I right??
