Benjiekol, let me just say, when you become familiar with the Whole Foods Market, you will be amazed at how particular they are with their meats. Whole Foods Market (WFM) pride themselves on selling only the best choices of meats. Not to say Pork Kidney is not a good choice, however, it's highly unlikely that they would have it. I'm not sure if Whole Foods carries Pork Kidney?? I don't remember seeing it at their store. They have a website you can visit whole foods.com and find out more info. 😄
