If you mean getting your pet's photo with Santa, the village is owned and operated by North Pole Photo. You would have to get in touch with them to find out.
You can take your pets they are allowed and if it is a small dog you're allowed to carry it with you to get a picture with Santa large dogs are not allowed unless it is a service dog
You are in your car for 99% of it. There is a very small building with 3 small children's rides, santa and a concession stand. Not sure if pets are allowed in that building.
