They did the same thing everytime I went through their drive thru. It has to be bad management. I've requested manager followup on bad experiences at this location and they always drop the ball and never resolve the problem. You should avoid this location like I do.
Time to go to a different Wendy's or one of the other restaurants in this location
I had my issue with the Springdale location. I just engage with the employees and ask them how their day is going and if they are happy to be at work that particular day. I don't have time for a fast food place you chose to work at to mess up my order. I would think they have a corporate office to address any issues.
My guess would be the kids they hire don't seem to be about their money, its like they are there to play around because I guarantee you aren't the only who's order is always messed up.
Because its minimum wage job. If you were making that and had to listen to people all day long you wouldnt care either ha
