If you want to self select a new PIN, you may visit any branch. When you receive a new card in the mail, you also have the option to select your PIN during the phone activation process. If you forgot your PIN and it's not convenient to come to a branch and pick a new one, you can call in and request that the PIN be mailed to you.
You can go in any Orange county credit union and they will assist you.
