Who owns The hindquarter resturant now? We went there weekend before last. Husband and I both concluded that there is a different cook/chef. The food is really lacking what it used to be. Chops were very dry dry and just a tiny little butter

I have always enjoyed my meals here! I had always thought that it was owned and operated by the trained staff of employees, for the last 4 years or so. Food is excellent, had the seafood pasta last visit, 2 weeks ago. Everything was delicious! We enjoyed a special evening and we're not hurried out of our booth. Sorry you were not happy with your meal!

I know that they have been having trouble making their nut. Talk to the manager, he knows. They need good press
