You can dump concrete there but it is much cheaper to dump at the Badlands landfill
No. There is a location on Market St and Rubidoux/Cedar Boulevard. Actually. Its Market St. & Agua Mansa. It used to be called Engelauf Construction, but is now under new ownership. You pay there to dump. They recycle the material to make sand and 3/4 base.
